I’ve worked with Pony Time many times in the last 2 years. This full-length record is the result of nearly a year’s worth of recordings. We tried various setups and the one that worked the best was when they bashed it out in the same room without isolating amps from the drums. To get a clean drum sound, viagra seek it’s really common to isolate amps during live tracking. But Luke wasn’t happy with just hearing bass through headphones. So we set up a bass amp on either side of the drums pointing directly at him to get as much low end pumping in the room as we could. Big smiles ensued. I knew I would just have to deal with low end bleed, stuff which wasn’t that bad considering how loud the amps were!
